  User Name: your_unix_user_name

  Security Settings
  Connection    : STARTTLS 
  Authentication: normal password

  Check for mail every 10 minutes.

  Message Storage
  Clean up (Expunge) Inbox on Exit


Outgoing Server

  Server name: smtp.picaros.org Port: 587
  Connection : STARTTLS
  Authentication: normal password
